PARTICLES WITH CEMENT PROPERTIES, PRODUCTION METHOD AND CEMENT

The present invention concerns particles with hydraulic or cementing particles, obtained by mixing clays, limestones, marls or industrial products or subproducts in order to achieve a chemical composition which after being ground and fed into a high-temperature gaseous fluid melts thereby adopting a solid spherical form or microsphere form, which after stabilizing in solid state by means of rapid cooling achieves high vitrification ideal for the chemical reactivity thereof, with a minimum surface with respect to the mass thereof. The invention also concerns a method for the manufacture of said particles or microspheres and a cement formed by said microspheres. The present invention has uses in the manufacture of cement with microspheres as a cement component.
