A mixer for the preparation of dubu (bean curd) provided with a timer is provided to control the stirring time according to the kind of a coagulating agent, thereby improving the quality of dubu. A mixer(10) for the preparation of dubu comprises an axis(120) formed at the lower part of the case(100) where a motor(110) is installed; a stirring wing(140) formed at the end terminal of the axis; and a timer(104) formed at the one side of the case to control the stirring time according to the kind of a coagulating agent. |
