摘要 <p>An FA selection method in a multiple FA environment and a mobile communication terminal thereof are provided to select and access an FA having low load, thereby providing the communication of good quality in an OFDMA-based FA communication environment. A mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a receiver(28) which receives bandwidth allocation information from a base station; and an FA selection control unit(20) which calculates the loads of each FA(Frequency Allocation) from the received bandwidth allocation information, and makes data communication between the base station and terminal performed through an FA satisfying a predetermined condition. The FA selection control unit comprises a bandwidth information collecting part(22), a load operation part(24), and an FA selecting part(26). The bandwidth information collecting part collects wireless physical resource information such as the bandwidth allocation information of a specific FA by using the channel information of a channel distribution list. By using the bandwidth allocation information which the bandwidth information collecting part collects, the load operation unit computes the load of the specific FA. The FA selecting part selects an FA which will perform data communication with the base station based on the computed load value.</p>
