A system for connecting wireless based on location information is provided to selectively connect a call connection of a wireless terminal. A reception client wire/wireless terminal(155) registers one or more out-going client wire/wireless terminal information or the CID(Cell Identification) information, and a location information of the reception client wireless terminal(160) of one or more predetermined is registered in server or the apparatus. A call generating client wire/wireless terminal(145) transmits the predetermined message with the reception client wireless terminal.
