A brake pad mounted structure of the vehicle disk brake is provided to prevent that the pad liner is stuck to the brake pad. A brake pad mounted structure of the vehicle disk brake comprises a protrusion(1a) is formed in the side of the brake pad(1), a groove(2a) in which protrusion is inserted into the carrier(2), a pad liner(6) is installed between protrusion and groove. The groove of the carrier has incline about protrusion. The pad liner inclines to the same angle as the incline.
