A road sign structure having an angle of inclination is provided to be helpful to safe driving by installing a sign board at an angle of 3~5, thereby widening the observation angle of a driver and securing the recurrent reflection angle of a driver. A road sign structure having an angle of inclination includes a post installed to a road, upper and lower connecting rod(2,3) fixed perpendicular to the post, a sign board(5) installed to the upper and lower connecting rods, a fastening joint(7) fastening to the upper and lower connecting rods, and an angle setting structure setting an angle of inclination(∂) of the sign board to 3~5°.
