<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a surgical mount for a surgical container and the surgical container in order to easily attach the mount to the container. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical mount 10 for a surgical instrument and/or an implant is the mount for the surgical container, especially, an aseptic container or a holed basket. The surgical mount 10 includes: a storage device 20 for holding and/or storing the surgical instrument and/or the implant; and an attachment device 46 for attaching the mount to the container. In order to improve the surgical mount so as to be easily attached to the container, the attachment device is made to be movable from an attachment position to an abutment position. The attachment device is connected to the container by engagement when being at the attachment position, and disconnected from the container when being at the abutment position.
