<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct the variation of the movement degree of a driving transistor, so as to prevent shading due to the waveform distortion of a write signal by applying to a display device and a method of driving the display device, an active matrix type display device using an organic EL element for instance. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage of a signal line SIG is successively set to an intermediate voltage Vofs2 and a gradation voltage Vsig, to correct the variation of the movement degree of the driving transistor, so that the intermediate voltage Vofs2 is made variable according to a distance from the input end of the write signal WS to a pixel and the gradation voltage Vsig. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
