<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrosurgical vein stripper of a kind to surely coagulate almost all vein branches. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a vein stripper comprising a probe and a coagulation and cutting unit, whereby the coagulation and cutting unit has at least two electrodes and one front face opening through which the probe can be guided.
