PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can set output voltage low without falling below a minimum driving voltage, and to provide a switching power supply to be used for an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus detects an output voltage output to a load 2 from the switching power supply which outputs output voltage on the basis of a set reference voltage via an output voltage detecting means. When the detected output voltage becomes lower than a specified voltage, a voltage higher than the reference voltage set by a control means is set as the reference voltage.
