PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a method for counteracting saturation holding force of a magnetically hard material is to provide a stronger writing magnetic field by including a writing auxiliary element being adjacent to a tip of a writing pole generating an auxiliary magnetic field, but a region in which the auxiliary magnetic field counteracts to the writing magnetic field is separated a little from the writing pole tip generally, then improvement of tilt in a region in which displacement is written in a magnetic medium is restricted. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the magnetic element including an writing element having a first return element coupled magnetically to the writing element at a rear edge side of the writing element and a writing element tip. A conductor arranged in close vicinity to the edge of the writing element tip is configured so that the auxiliary magnetic field reinforcing the writing magnetic field generated by the writing element is generated.
