<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration of an organic material by fixing an organic material powder onto a solid substrate by a low-temperature spray coating method, and enhance bonding strength by fixing on the solid substrate steadily even by the low-temperature spray coating method. <P>SOLUTION: A method of forming an organic material film by fixing the organic material powder P onto the surface of the solid substrate K is characterized in that a low-temperature spray coating apparatus 1 for carrying out a cold spray method of ejecting a gas of a supersonic flow to the solid substrate K by charging the material powder P into the gas heated at a temperature lower than its melting point is used, and the organic material powder P as a material powder is mixed with an inorganic material powder M having a melting point lower than the temperature of the heated gas and a hardness higher than that of the organic material powder P wherein the bulk ratio of the organic material powder P in the mixture mixed with the inorganic material powder M is 10-70%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
