<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the problem that a method for recycling used paper containing fluorescent dyes is required which is free from generation of AOX (adsorbent organic halogens) or halogen gas and free from load to the environment, inevitable in conventional technology for removing the fluorescent dyes in the used paper, or the problem that a method for completely eliminating the fluorescent dyes contained in the used paper is required. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recycling used papers includes treating the used paper containing fluorescent dyes or waste paper pulp in the presence of a peroxo disulfate or sulfate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
