PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poster billboard facilitating exchange of posters and preventing rain water or the like from entering through a side cross section when the billboard is installed outdoors or the like. SOLUTION: A base thin plate 0104b and a transparent cover 0101b are connected on one side, so that the top face to be in contact with the top of a poster and the back face to be in contact with the back of the poster can be handled integrally, and a side peripheral cover frame 0102a is disposed to cover the side cross section on the all sides.
