PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, when a pressure detection device is loaded for an automobile, especially in an exhaust environment, a very strongly acidic material such as exhaust condensate or various pollutant products generated by engine combustion reaches the pressure detection device. SOLUTION: A simple structure is used, wherein a protection sheet excellent in waterproofness and acid resistance, having permeability is mounted on an introduction port for pressure detection, and sealed and fixed by press-fitting of a mounting ring and by an adhesive. Hereby, a semiconductor sensor is protected from the exhaust environment of an internal combustion engine or the like without changing a sensor characteristic such as responsiveness, and durability and reliability are improved.
