PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic drug which can image and quantize a disease caused by the agglomeration and/or deposition of amyloid by specifically binding to agglomerates and deposits of amyloid. SOLUTION: A compound represented by the formula 1 (wherein X1is an optionally substituted bicyclic heterocyclic group; X2is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a chelate-forming group; the ring containing A is a benzene ring or a pyridine ring; and the ring containing B is an optionally substituted 5-membered aromatic-heterocyclic group, provided that this ring is bonded to the benzene ring or pyridine ring in the formula through a carbon atom), a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a transition metal coordination compound thereof and a pharmaceutical for prophylaxis and therapy are provided.
