PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing device, in which a subject to be deodorized is heated in a closed space, so that odor components adsorbed by the subject to be deodorized are diffused into air, and introduced into a deodorizer in a blow passage to be decomposed and eliminated. SOLUTION: In the blow passage 6 in a main body 1 in which air is blown by a blow mechanism 14, the deodorizer 2 provided with a means 13 to generate ozone and UV-ray by high voltage discharge, and a photocatalyst module 7 to decompose odor components or harmful substances included in air by photocatalysis by UV-ray generated by the high voltage means is disposed. The high voltage discharge means of the deodorizer is interlocked with heating action of a heating mechanism 5 provided to heat the subject to be energized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
