PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound exhibiting excellent controlling efficacy on noxious arthropods. SOLUTION: A thioimidate compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R is a 6-12C bicycloalkyl group, or a 1-3C alkyl group substituted with a 6-12C bicycloalkyl group; m is an integer of 0-2; n is an integer of 0-2; X is a halogen atom, a 1-3C alkyl group, a 1-3C haloalkyl group, a 1-4C alkoxy group or a nitro group, and when m is 2, two X's may be the same or different; and Z is a halogen atom, a 1-3C alkyl group, a 1-3C haloalkyl group or a 1-4C alkoxy group, and when n is 2, two Z's may be the same or different) exhibits excellent controlling efficacy on noxious organisms.
