PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flunisolide-containing composition for mucosal application having excellent storage effectiveness and antiallergic action. SOLUTION: The composition for mucosal application is prepared by combining and formulating (A) flunisolide with (B) a vasoconstrictor and (C) a chelating agent.
