This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of the avermectins family including at least one fatty phase and at least an aqueous phase, said compound of the avermectins family being made soluble in said fatty phase. It also applies to its preparation phase and its use in production of a pharmaceutical preparation designed for treatment of dermatological complaints, particularly rosacea.
