VIRTUAL FIREWALL SYSTEM AND THE CONTROL METHOD FOR USING BASED ON COMMONNESS SECURITY POLICY

A virtual firewall system based on a common security policy and a control method thereof are provided to apply a firewall policy or tunneling protocol policy to all of the virtual firewalls by setting the policies in only a protocol-based virtual firewall. A common security policy database(200) comprises the first firewall policy database(210) and the first tunneling policy database(220). The first firewall policy database comprises the IPv6 first firewall policy database(211) and IPv4 first firewall policy database(212). The first tunneling policy database comprises the IPv6 first tunneling policy database(221) and IPv4 first tunneling policy database(222). A virtual security policy module(300) comprises a virtual firewall process(310) and a virtual tunneling process(320). A local security policy database(400) of the virtual security policy module comprises the second firewall policy database(410) and the second tunneling policy database(420). The second firewall policy database comprises the IPv6 second firewall policy database(411) and IPv4 second firewall policy database(412). The second tunneling policy database comprises the IPv6 second tunneling policy database(421) and IPv4 second tunneling policy database(422).
