An air compressor apparatus having a soundproof structure is provided to reduce the vibration by allowing the noise to pass through the air in the soundproof chamber and the soundproof liquid in the soundproof liquid tank. An air compressor apparatus having a soundproof structure comprises an air compressor(10), a soundproof chamber(20) filled with air, an exterior wall(32) consisting of multiple layers forming a zigzag flow channel, a soundproof liquid tank equipped with a plurality of baffles, a motor(40) driving the air compressor, and a compressed air storage tank(50) storing the air compacted by the air compressor.
