LOW SOLUBLE AMORPHOUS CALCIUM PHOSPHATE PREPARED ON THE SOLID SURFACE AND ITS PREPARATION

Low soluble amorphous calcium phosphate and a preparation method for the same are provided, which supply calcium phosphate ionic solution of the condition lowering the solubility of the amorphous calcium phosphate. A preparation method for low soluble amorphous calcium phosphate is constituted as follows. The low-melting amorphous calcium phosphate is formed in the solid substrate surface in the following condition. In the pH 6.8-8.0 condition, the calcium phosphate with ion concentration of 2.25-25 mM^2 comes in contact with the solid substrate surface at 0-30 deg.C and the temperature is raised to 8-50 deg.C and the high solubility amorphous calcium phosphate granule is formed in the solid substrate surface.
