An assembly structure of an impact bar and a crash box with different material is provided to accomplish correct assembly without shaking during process transporting by assembling a steel connection bracket, through a rivet, onto an aluminum impact bar, and then spot welding it onto a steel crash box. In a structure assembling an impact bar(10) and a crash box(20) with different material, a connection bracket(30) made of the same material as a crash box is riveted, through a rivet, at the assembly position of an impact bar. The connection bracket is assembled, through a welding, onto a joining part of the crash box.
