A luggage box for a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost by integrally forming a handle groove on one side of a cover and installing a lock unit on both walls of the cover, thereby simplifying structure of the luggage box, and to prevent noise during driving by locking the cover satisfactorily. A luggage box for a vehicle comprises: a box body(10); and a cover(20) covering the box body. The cover includes a supporting piece(21) joined with the box body and formed on an inner side of the cover, a cover body(22) foldably formed on the supporting piece, a handle groove formed in a rear central part of the cover body, inner and outer walls formed on both sides of the supporting piece and cover body, and a lock unit(25) installed on the inner and outer walls.
