A system for outputting an electronic file by an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technique and a method for controlling thereof are provided to enable a user who are authenticated to exclusively use a specific document, a photo and an image in a printing system or a monitor system. A receiving unit(110) receives a file at which first RFID tag information including coupling tag information is recorded, and a storage unit(120) stores the file inputted from the receiving unit. An authentication information input units(130,160) receive authentication information, and a printing unit(140) prints out and outputs the contents of the file. A controller(150) controls the printing unit to print the contents of the file when the authentication information received through the authentication information input units corresponds to the coupling tag information of a first RFID tag.
