A power transmitting apparatus is provided to reduce the manufacture cost by breaking thy vehicle using the speed changing power source without the separate braking system. An input shaft(20) is connected to an engine(10). An output axis(60) delivers the power from the input shaft to the first and second wheel axis. The first and second driving gears(40,50) on the input shaft deliver the torque of the engine to the output axis. The torque of the engine is delivered by connecting an additional hardware(30) to the opposite side of engine. The first and second planetary gear sets(PG1,PG2) and the first and second clutches(70,80) are mounted to the output axis. The both ends of the output axis are connected to the first and second differentials(90,100).
