An edge vending unit is provided to cut panel materials and manufacture grooves at the same time, to lower whole manufacture unit cost, enhance workability of a wood panel by processing the panel materials precisely and quickly by a single process. A both sides edge vending unit adheres to both side parts of panel materials(a) and contains a conveying plate(1) getting a plurality of sliding members by operation of a plurality of transfer screws(13) and horizontally moved, a supporting plate(2) moved vertically on the conveying plate by descent operation of an actuating rod of an elevating unit(21) installed in a plurality of struts(12), a plurality of support stands installed upright to interpose the supporting plate(31) on the supporting plate, and a drive motor(4) having a first, a second, a third and a fourth cutting wheel(41,42,43,44) in a driving shaft.
