<p>A printing apparatus is provided to which a first enclosing unit in which recording media of a first size have been enclosed so as to be fed in a long edge direction and a second enclosing unit in which the recording media of said first size have been enclosed so as to be fed in a short edge direction can be attached, comprising: receiving means for receiving print information of a plurality of pages and size information showing that said print information has print information which is to be printed onto the recording medium of said first size and print information which is to be printed onto a recording medium of a size other than said first size from an external apparatus; and selecting means for selecting an enclosing unit for feeding the recording medium for printing the print information which is printed onto the recording medium of said first size on the basis of said received size information.</p> |
