A floor construction method for preventing the defect of a floor board is provided to remove moisture with low expenses and a simple process, and to remove the unnecessary moisture while forming a floor layer, thereby to have no necessity of additional time and process. A floor construction method for preventing the defect of a floor board comprises the steps of forming a noise prevention layer(120) on a concrete slab(110), installing a sleeve(100) to make one end contact with the concrete slab via the noise prevention layer, forming an aerated concrete layer(130) on the noise prevention layer, installing a heating pipe(151) and a metal lath(152) on the aerated concrete layer, forming a cement mortar layer(140) to cover the heating pipe and the metal lath, removing the sleeve, and sealing up a sleeve hole(180). |
