A preloading method of the soft ground using the downward penetration of water is provided to use the load of water contained by removing a cut-off membrane for containing water and the downward osmotic pressure generated by contained water permeated into the lower ground as applying load. A preloading method of the soft ground using the downward penetration of water is formed by forming a vertical drain board(20) and a horizontal drain layer(10) connected to the vertical drain board on the soft ground, forming a banking layer(40) for downward penetration on the upper part of the horizontal drain layer, and providing a bank structure having water cut-off capacity on the upper part of the banking layer for downward penetration, thereby containing water in a space surrounded by the bank structure, leaving the water contained in the bank structure to be penetrated downward to the banking layer for downward penetration, and supplying water to the space surrounded by the bank structure and generating downward osmotic pressure and using as applying load of the soft ground to prevent a drop in the water level of the water contained in the bank structure by the downward penetration of water. |
