PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a spacer with uniform height on a color filter in a small number of processes without influencing the display region. SOLUTION: A black matrix 2, a color layer consisting of a color part 9 and a non-color part 5, a protective layer 10 and a transparent conductive film 11 are successively formed on a transparent substrate 1, and a photoresist layer 12 is formed on the transparent conductive film 11 and exposed to light according to the pattern to form a through hole 14. A hardening type resin composition 16 is applied with an ink jet head 15 to the through hole 143 and hardened to form a spacer 17. |
