<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical circuit board in which an optical circuit can be accurately connected without taking space, and to provide a method of efficiently manufacturing the optical circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical circuit board, an optical fiber is fixedly placed on the surface in a circuit shape. An end of the optical fiber is cut in a manner having an angle capable of refracting or reflecting light most in the direction right-angled to the board surface. Immediately under the cut section, a hole is provided that penetrates the board, that is metallized in the inner wall, and that is filled with a light transmissive resin.
