System for saving the amount of water wasted when waiting for hot water to come out in hot-water distribution systems

The system has a reversible electric pump (13) circulating water or fluid internally in a direction (17) by passing hot water/fluid till an internal point (26) close to a user, without leaving the water to an environment, when thermostatic valves (9, 10) are closed. The pump circulates the water/fluid internally in a direction (18) for reintroducing the water/fluid contained in tubes (7, 8) into a tank (5) when the valves are closed in a reversible condition. An electronic system (14) has sensors (12, 19, 24) to detect temperature of water.
