An optical film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform concentration of visible light and cutoff of external light at the same time by integrating a lens array part and an external light-blocking part. A lens array part(102) comprises a plurality of micro lenses arranged in constant interval. An external light-blocking part(104) is formed from a valley portion between the micro lenses to the top and bottom in order to have predetermined thickness. The external light-blocking part prevents the reverse injection of the external light to an inside light source part. In order to improve shock resistance, a resin coated part(112) is formed over one side of the lens array part. A base material part(114) is formed in the backside of the one side of the lens array part in order to improve anti-reflection and impact-resistance.
