PROCESS OF ANTISTATIC COATING WITH AQUEOUS TWO COMPONENT AND SPECTACLE LENS WITH COATING LAYER BY THE PROCESS

A method for coating a lens and a lens for glasses having a protecting layer by the method are provided to resolve a pollution problem due to static electricity and a peeling problem of a coating film by forming a coating film, made by two coating solutions, on the surface of the lens. A first coating film is formed in a surface of a lens for glasses by spraying and dipping the lens for glasses in a first coating solution. The first coating solution is composed of synthetic resin adhesive, solvent and antistatic agent as a primer. A second coating film is formed in the surface of the first coating film by spraying and dipping the lens for glasses in a second coating solution. The second coating solution is composed of fluorine resin and solvent. The synthetic resin of the first coating solution is selected in a group consisting of the adhesive of the urethane, epoxy, acryl and vinyl acetate series.
