An integration managing system of manless parking lot with vehicle number recognition system and method thereof are provided to integrally manage a plurality of parking lots by using a remote server. A parking ticket issuing device(120) is installed in a gate of a parking lot, issues a parking ticket, and transmits the parking ticket information to a communications module(110) by reading information of the parking ticket. A manless account system(130) processes a payment of a parking fare, automatically receives a payment of regular parking ticket, and transmits processing information of the parking fare and regular parking ticket information to the communications module. A breaker(140) includes cameras(71, 72). The camera automatically films a vehicle number. The breaker controls an entrance and an exit according to a control signal of the communications module. |
