The device has electrical heating units (11) for re-heating a closing lens (6) of a headlight, where implementation of the heating units is placed under the dependence of control units (12). A compartment (7) of the headlight houses the heating units that are in relation with a thermal conductive plate (10). The plate is placed near the lens, such that an internal face of the lens is swept by heat current provoking from the plate, where the plate is re-heated by the heating units. The heating units are activated independent of a light source (3) e.g. LED, of the headlight.
