The user of a mobile station receives information providing services from an information provider server device. Heretofore, the network address of the information provider server device is registered at a transfer device (GWS), and also at least one network address of a user terminal is registered at the transfer device. Then, information mail may be received from the information provider server device at the user terminal through storage of the information mail at the transfer device, calling the user terminal whose network address has been designated, and transmitting the stored information mail in response to a request from the called user terminal.
