NON-CUTTING TYPE METAL INSERT BUSH, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE INSERT BUSH

An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a non-cutting type metal insert bush are provided to improve productivity by cutting a metal workpiece, passing the cut metal workpiece through a multistage cold forging process to form the metal workpiece, and performing rolling and form rolling-tapping of the formed metal workpiece, thereby manufacturing the non-cutting type metal insert bush, and the non-cutting type metal insert bush manufactured by the same is provided. A method for manufacturing a non-cutting type metal insert bush comprises: a cutting process(S100) of cutting a nonmetallic bar workpiece to a predetermined length to form a cut workpiece; a cold forging process(S110) including a process(S111) of vertically pressing and forging the cut workpiece to fix a place of a through hole to be formed in the cut workpiece, a process(S112) of drilling and forging an inner central portion of the cut workpiece to form the through hole, and a process(S113) of forming a flange on an outer surface of the cut workpiece to process the cut workpiece into a processed workpiece; a rolling process(S120) of rolling a grooved portion on a central outer peripheral surface of the processed workpiece; and a form rolling-tapping process(S130) of form rolling a screw thread on the through hole in the processed workpiece.
