A song information data storing method and apparatus, and a file reproduction apparatus including the same are provided to offer song information of audio file easily by converting the song information data of the audio file into text file and storing it. A song information data storing apparatus comprises a searching unit(14) searching song information data of audio file, an extracting unit(16) extracting song information data, a converting unit(18) converting the extracted song information data into the text file form, a display unit(24) showing the song information data converted to the text file, a storage unit(12) storing the converted song information data, and an input unit(10) which receives a command in order to search song information data and convert and store the searched information.
