A bolt securing apparatus for assembling a valve assembly in a rack housing assembly is provided to screw about the assembly surface and valve assembly of the rack housing assembly which has different phase angle of the base apertures. A bolt securing apparatus for assembling a valve assembly in a rack housing assembly comprises the jig plate(40) pivotally fixed to the upper side of the horizontal blade strut; the bolt combination part(10) pivotally supported through the horizontal blade strut in the jig plate; and electric nut runner(20) is fixed to the upper support plate and the upper end of the bolt combination part is connected and rotating the bolt combination part.
