As a tilt and telescope steering apparatus of vehicle, the axial center of the axial center of the outer tube and adjusting element and fastening means are positioned in co-linear, and to tilt and telescope operations are perform at a time. A steering column of vehicle comprises the mounting bracket(330) fixing the inner tube and the outer tube covering the steering column on the car body; the tilt-bracket(340) in which the pulse tilt ball is formed in the either side; the support bracket(350) in which the penetrated adjusting element and the cut-out cutting out the adjusting element are formed in the either side in the pulse tilt ball; and the fastening means(370) in which the other end is fixed to the operation lever and pressurizing tilt-bracket.
