A condom assistant ring and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which prevent the condom from being released while having sexual intercourse and increase the convenience of the use. A condom assistant ring comprises: a pattern of the triangle groove formed in the whole outer surface of a ring; an adjusting protrusion and an adjusting groove(6d) which are formed to make a size adjusting body and a fastening body balanced; and a pattern of the heart shape formed in the surface of a size adjusting decoration part(6c).
