A heat sink and a connecting structure thereof are provided to improve protection against heat by increasing a contact area between a heat sink and a heating part. A connecting structure of a heat sink comprises a heating part and a heat sink(100). A joint part(200) is integrally formed with the heat sink. The heating part is connected in the joint part. The heat sink comprises a vertical part(210) and a horizontal part(215). The horizontal part is extended from the end of the vertical part. A convex portion is formed in the end of the horizontal part toward the heat sink. The convex portion has the shape of a convex curvature portion(220) or a convex teeth(225). The convex curvature portion is bent from the end of the horizontal part toward the heat sink. The convex teeth is perpendicularly bent from the end of the horizontal part to the heat sink. A protrusion(110) is formed in the heat sink.
