A prefabricated flooring material is provided to prevent noise occurrence effectively with a noise prevention layer, to minimize deformation by temperature and humidity with a balance layer and an expansion and contraction prevention layer, and to decrease the external damage and abrasion of a prefabricated flooring material with an abrasion protection layer and an external coating layer. A prefabricated flooring material(10) includes a balance layer(20) settled on a floor surface, a first noise prevention layer (30a) piled on the upper part of the balance layer and preventing the transfer of noise, an expansion and contraction prevention layer(40) piled on the upper part of the first noise prevention layer and preventing expansion and contraction according to the environmental condition of an installation site, a second noise prevention layer(30b) piled on the upper part of the expansion and contraction prevention layer and preventing the transfer of noise, a pattern color layer(50) piled on the upper part of the second noise prevention layer, an abrasion protection layer(60) piled on the upper part of the pattern color layer and protecting the pattern color layer, and a surface coating layer(70) piled on the upper part of the abrasion protection layer. |
