An optical member for a display apparatus and a filter for a display apparatus having the same are provided to perform absorption of external light and electromagnetic waves shielding by comprising an optical member with a light absorption part and a shielding reflecting part. Materials are composed of transparent resin. A plurality of unit patterns(350) are formed on the materials. Each unit pattern comprises a first light absorption part, and a shielding reflecting part and a second light absorption part. The first light absorption part(332) comprises the light absorption material and is formed in one side of the materials. The shielding reflecting part(340) is formed on the first light absorption part and is made of conductive material. The shielding of the electromagnetic wave and optical reflection are generated in the shielding reflecting part. The second light absorption part(334) comprises light absorption material and is formed on the shielding reflecting part.
