An Internet real-time consultation method matching a seller and a consultant through one seller ID is provided to realize multiple-to-multiple consultation by advancing messenger consultation between a buyer and a plurality of consultants, who are logged in at the same time. A messenger program of a first buyer client is activated when the first buyer client requests consultation in real-time. A consultant of a sale client consulting with the first buyer client is matched with the first buyer client by using the messenger program when consultation history of the first buyer client is found. It is checked whether all consultants connected through the Internet perform the consultation when the consultation history is not found. It is checked whether the first buyer client waits for the consultation when all consultants perform the consultation. The consultant not performing the consultation is matched with the first buyer client when all consultants do not perform the consultation. |
