HEATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COOKING

A heating apparatus for a cooking is provided to prevent food from burning and shorten the cooking time by automatically detecting and maintaining a proper temperature during the cooking. A heating apparatus consists of: an input unit(21) in which fuel is supplied from external fuel supply part to generate the heat for a cooking; an output unit(22) supplying the fuel to a unit in which flame is generated; a main body(20) including a changeover valve(23) that increases or decreases the amount of the heat; and a control member maintaining the temperature. The main body forwards the fuel inputted from the input unit to the output unit. The amount of the fuel is controlled by the changeover valve.
