A seamless broadcasting providing system and a method for performing the same are provided to supply a user with a seamless broadcasting service by referring to previous broadcasting watching history information of a user. A watching history management part(201) receives a broadcasting watching request from a user, and transmits watching history information related to the user to a bidirectional broadcasting server. A broadcast content receiver(202) receives a commercialized broadcast. A network connection processor(204) receives broadcasting contents corresponding to the watching history information from the bidirectional broadcasting server. A broadcast content reproducing unit(203) reproduces the received broadcast contents.
